Nature photography might entail many active elements and variables making it very difficult to make a compelling image. For me, creating engaging images in a natural setting starts with a focus on my subject, its natural behavior, surroundings, and elements that might enhance the final composition. Capturing natural phenomena or behavior while trying to frame compelling action adds to the story I am trying to convey. All must be accounted for in the span of milliseconds invariably ensuring desired compositional elements are included. These shooting environments tend to be very dynamic and can challenge the overall vision for every image.
